Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
We ship all orders from our EU distribution centers. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the European Union.
What is included in a Pott'd kit?
Each kit comes with everything you need to start creating: premium air-dry clay, a set of sculpting tools, white acrylic base paint, a set of colored paints, two brushes, and our step-by-step Quick Start Guide.
Do I need a kiln to bake the clay?
No kiln required! Our clay is specially formulated to air-dry naturally within 24-48 hours. Once dry, your creations are ready to be painted and sealed.
Is the pottery food-safe or waterproof?
Air-dry clay remains porous even after sealing. While our kits are perfect for plant pots, trinket dishes, and decor, they are not food-safe and should not be used for drinking or eating.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for any unused and unopened kits. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return.
