Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the clay and paints are sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
